My Most Trusted Tools & Favorite Resources

Here are a few of the tools and resources I use everyday. I’ve tested each extensively, and many are crucial to my business – and essential for my client’s success. I highly recommend you check them out.

      • MailGun

        MailGun

        Dedicated Mail Delivery Service

Having the correct Gravity Forms mail settings is a good start, but it doesn’t guarantee your emails will always hit the mark. MailGun can help.

Psst... MailGun has a FREE tier which allows you to send 10,000 emails per month!

      • WooCommerce

        eCommerce for WordPress

WooCommerce is the most flexible and robust eCommerce platform for online business available – and they’re owned by WordPress. They power 28% of all eCommerce traffic online – and with hundreds of free and paid WooCommerce extensions, spanning all your logistical & technical requirements, you can rest assured there's an extension for your specific needs.

WooCommerce gives you the tools to sell anything from physical products to consulting time. It’s the backbone of virtually all the eCommerce storefronts I build – and it’s free.

      • Asana

        Asana

        Task Management for Teams

Asana is the tool my team uses for task and project management. I’ve tried dozens of task management apps over the years, but I like Asana. I can create and manage tasks in various project, assign items to team members, and see what everyone is working on.

Plus it has flexibility to manage different types of lists and project formats. We manage everything from development projects to content development schedules. Asana was mainly built for teams, but you can use it as a standalone application. They offer a free version, which has most of what you’ll need.

      • Mailplane

        Mailplane

        Gmail on your Mac

Mailplane is the BEST way to use Gmail on your Mac. I’ve been using it for years and I can’t imagine email without it.

With Mailplane you can have an unlimited number of accounts (Gmail, Google Inbox, Google Inbox, Calendar, and Contacts) all separate from a cluttered browser window. You get all the speed and functionality of Gmail in a browser in a stand-alone application – and unlike most of it’s competitors, Mailplane is the only third-party Gmail app I know of that integrates with plugins like Boomerang for Gmail.

      • Zoom

        Zoom

        Video & Web Conferencing Service

Zoom is an online meeting game-changer. It is the best video meeting tool I’ve ever used. It offers amazing video quality along with all the features you’d expect. You can share your screens, record conferences, annotate collaboratively, and integrate with software ranging from Dropbox to Marketo. It’s pretty fantastic. There’s a free version, but I’ve been using the paid version with my team for years. It’s worth every penny.
